Projects

CARFIC, as the specialized lab focusing on analog / RF IC design at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, dedicates itself to exploring the frontier of academic research. Among the current research projects are many international hot issues, for instances, the front-end circuit research for 60GHz ratio frequency circuit design, and the fractional PLL design, both of which are key issues at ISSCC of the year 2006. In addition, the CARFIC attaches importance to combination of research and production, and cooperates with many famous domestic or international IC corporations. At present, CARFIC is working with SMIC for the design of 802.11g/n RF chip.
